Product Information
A padded boom bag is designed for protecting the boat as much as it is about protecting the boom. The boom can be sharp and can clatter about and usually requires tying down when trailing. On classes with spinnaker poles, these can also be stored along with tiller extensions, burgees and other spares. Standard bags are usually made with a full length zip so you can drop the boom in and zip it back up quickly and easily.
Bespoke Products
Each cover is bespoke and made to order. We can make almost anything you want, so customers can customise their covers to meet their requirements.
Materials & Colours
We use Weathermax for the outer of the boom bag as it is breathable and soft. The inner is the same material as our popular foil bags, being made of the 6mm supersoft brushed foam. The top has a full length zip with two sliders for easy use. Weathermax comes with a 10 year limited warranty.
